Applications of Kleiberit 300.0 waterproof adhesive
German specialists offer high-quality D3 class PVA wood glue. It is used for bonding:
- veneers and edge banding made of various materials;
- window frames and door leaves;
- exotic and hardwood species;
- HPL panels;
- dividing walls and interior partitions;
- staircase structural elements.

Key guidelines for working with Kleiberit 300.0 glue
Preparatory work
Before bonding, materials must be prepared: clean surfaces from stains, dust, and other contaminants, degrease, and dry. In addition, the materials should acclimatize for some time in a room with consistent humidity and temperature.
The manufacturer recommends bonding at temperatures of +18ºC to +20ºC. For indoor assembly, wood with a moisture content of 8-10% is used. When manufacturing window frame structures, wood with a moisture content of 10-14% is required.
Proper glue application: on 1 or 2 surfaces
Usually, when bonding wooden parts with 300.0 glue, single-sided application is sufficient. However, when working with exotic or hardwood species, applying the adhesive to both sides is recommended.
Pressing for a stronger bond
It is important to check the correct alignment of the parts to be bonded before starting. Once pressing begins, repositioning the elements will be impossible.
For bonding laminated wood or lamellas, the press pressure should be 0.7-1 N/mm2.
Storage: required conditions and features
Store the glue in a tightly sealed container at temperatures up to 20ºC. When the temperature regime is observed, the product retains its performance properties for 12 months. Kleiberit 300.0 glue withstands frost down to -30 ºC.
