Two-component PUR adhesive Kleiberit 536.0 StairMaster is designed for bonding wood, stone, metal, linoleum, and PVC. The adhesive is stable and resistant to water and mold. The product is used for joining:
- stair treads;
- risers;
- door thresholds;
- window sills.

Application instructions for Kleiberit 536.0 StairMaster PUR adhesive
The adhesive is intended for commercial use.
Personal protective equipment (safety goggles, gloves) must be worn during application. Ensure the room is well ventilated. 2-component systems release heat during the curing process.
The recommended ambient temperature for application is between +10°C and +30°C, with the optimal range being +18°C to +20°C. The adhesive should be at room temperature.
Materials must be clean and dry, free of dust and stains. Before bonding window sills to plastered or concrete surfaces, treat the walls with Kleiberit 473.0. Contact surfaces on stair flights and floors must be pre-cleaned of dirt and paint, and sanded.
During application, uncured adhesive can be removed with a solvent. Excess cured adhesive can be trimmed off after 8-10 minutes.
Storage of Kleiberit 536.0 PUR stair adhesive
Containers of wood glue should be stored upright in a cool, dry place at above-freezing temperatures. Protect from heating above +40°C. Estimated shelf life at +20°C is about 9 months.
