Catalogue and prices
Catalogue listings are informational and do not constitute a public offer. Prices are shown per unit of material and may be displayed in hryvnia or euro: the base price is held in euro and converted to hryvnia at the company’s internal rate, so the hryvnia figure may change. Your manager confirms the final price, availability and lead time.
The nature of wood
Wood is a natural material. Colour, figure, knot placement and grain direction vary between batches and from the photographs in the catalogue. The grade defines the permitted variation, and sorting within the stated grade is not a defect. Dimensions are nominal, with the tolerances customary for sawn timber.
How an order is placed
- You assemble a list of materials and send a request from the site or by phone.
- A manager confirms availability, the final price and lead times.
- An invoice is issued if required.
- Once payment or terms are agreed, the order goes to dispatch.
Payment
In cash at the warehouse with a receipt, by card transfer, or by bank transfer for sole traders and companies, including VAT. Payment takes place off the website — the site neither accepts nor stores payment details.
Delivery
Collection from the Kyiv warehouse, or dispatch by transport company anywhere in Ukraine. Cost and timing depend on the carrier and the size of the order. Risk of accidental damage passes to the buyer when the goods are handed to the carrier.
Returns and exchanges
The rights of consumers who are individuals are set by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”. Goods of proper quality may be returned or exchanged within fourteen days provided they have not been used and their presentation, packaging and proof of purchase are intact. This does not apply to material cut, sawn or produced to the customer’s own dimensions. Goods of improper quality are accepted as the law provides — please contact us using the details below.
Accounts
Registration is optional. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken under your login. We may suspend an account in case of misuse.
Rights in site content
The text, photographs, diagrams and other material on this site belong to LLC KUROSIO or are used with permission. Copying them for commercial use without written consent is not permitted.
Liability
We aim to keep availability and specification data accurate, but we do not guarantee the absence of technical errors or interruptions to the site. The decision as to whether a particular material suits your application is yours; we will advise and supply a sample on request.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, by the courts of Ukraine.
