Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why we need it, who we share it with, and how you can control it.

Who processes your data

The data controller is LLC KUROSIO (trading as WoodWay Expert), company number (EDRPOU) 38812331, registered at 28/2 Mykhaila Hrushevskoho St, unit 43, Kyiv 01021, Ukraine. Warehouse and shop: 7d Zdolbunivska St, Kyiv. Phone: +380 (67) 180-38-13. Data protection enquiries: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Orders and requests. Your name, phone number, email address, company name, tax number (EDRPOU or INN, if you need an invoice), delivery method, carrier city and branch, your comment and the list of materials you selected.
  • Account. If you register — your email address, an encrypted password and your order history.
  • Contact forms and questionnaires. The name, phone number and answers you provide.
  • Technical data. IP address, device and browser type, approximate city derived from your IP address, pages viewed and time of visit.

We do not collect payment card details: payment happens off the website — in cash at the warehouse, by card transfer, or by bank transfer using details your manager provides.

Why we use it

  • to prepare a quotation, confirm availability and price, and process and fulfil your order;
  • to contact you about your request or order;
  • to issue an invoice and accounting documents when you ask for them;
  • to protect the site against spam and automated attacks;
  • to understand how the catalogue is used and improve it.

We process this data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting in particular), and in our legitimate interest in the security and development of the site. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it separately and you may withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

  • Carriers — Nova Poshta and other transport companies when you choose delivery: name, phone, city and branch.
  • Cloudflare — its Turnstile service checks that a form is completed by a person rather than a bot.
  • Telegram — internal notifications to our managers about new requests.
  • Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database.
  • State authorities — only in the cases and to the extent expressly required by law.

We do not sell your personal data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to remember your chosen currency and language, keep the light or dark theme, hold your basket and session during a visit, keep you signed in, and protect forms. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some parts of the site will not work correctly afterwards.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as Ukrainian tax and accounting law requires. Data from requests that did not become orders is kept no longer than needed to handle the enquiry. An account exists until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” you have the right to know what data we process about you, to receive a copy, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] or call +380 (67) 180-38-13. We respond within thirty calendar days.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, only authorised staff can reach the administration area, and passwords are stored in encrypted form.
