FAQ

How to bend this plywood correctly?

The material bends along the radius naturally without heating. To fix the shape, the sheet is attached to a pre-prepared frame.

What is the best tool to cut flexible plywood?

It is recommended to use a circular saw with a fine-toothed blade or a router. This ensures a smooth edge without chipping the ceiba wood.

Is it suitable for outdoor use?

No, this material is intended exclusively for indoor use in dry areas. Special moisture-resistant plywood is required for outdoor applications.

How to attach the sheet to the frame?

For reliable fixation, use wood glue in combination with pneumatic nails or screws. Fasteners should be placed with a minimal pitch on the bends.

How to store the sheets before installation?

The plywood should be stored horizontally on a flat surface. The room must be dry to prevent deformation of the material.
