How do you bend this material?

The board bends across the factory-made kerfs. To hold the shape, it must be fixed to a rigid frame or glued to another sheet.

What tools are needed for cutting?

Standard woodworking tools like a circular saw or router work perfectly. Use a fine-toothed blade for a clean cut.

Is this MDF suitable for damp areas?

No, this is a standard grade MDF and is sensitive to moisture. It should only be used in dry, heated indoor environments.

How should the sheets be stored?

Store the sheets flat on a level surface. This prevents unwanted warping before installation.

How do you fasten the bent sheet?

Use wood glue in combination with screws or pneumatic brad nails. The glue ensures the curve holds permanently once dry.
