Veneer Splicing (Kuper)

Veneer splicing supplies for the Kuper process: perforated gummed paper tape and glue threads that join veneer leaves into full-width faces before pressing. The consumables furniture factories and veneering shops run on.

Veneer Splicing (Kuper): Gummed Tape and Glue Thread

Before pressing, individual veneer leaves are joined into a face of the required width — either with gummed paper tape on the face side or with glue thread on the back. We stock consumables for both methods.

In the catalogue

  • Gummed tape — white and brown perforated paper tape, 20 mm wide, 200 m rolls. Moistened and applied to the face; sands off without a trace.
  • Kuper glue threads — types 1110, 1220, 2210, and K12 for zigzag stitchers: the thread melts and bonds the leaves on the back, leaving the face untouched.

The consumables fit Kuper stitchers and compatible machines. Pick-up in Kyiv, delivery across Ukraine.
