A veneered MDF board is a ready furniture surface: a core that stays flat, and a natural veneer face that, once lacquered, is hard to tell from solid wood. Cut the part, edge it, and finish it.

Typical uses
Furniture fronts and carcasses, wall panels, built-in wardrobes, doors, shopfitting. Thin 4–6 mm boards suit infills and back panels; 17–26 mm boards make fronts and shelves.
