Delivery and payment

We ship timber and wood products across Ukraine by carrier — or hand your order over at our warehouse in Kyiv. Orders are dispatched after payment in full.

Delivery methods

Nova Poshta

Daily dispatch on working days to any branch or parcel locker across Ukraine. Shipping at carrier rates, paid on receipt.

Freight carriers

Delivery, SAT and other carriers collect the cargo from our warehouse. Shipping is paid by the recipient.

Pickup from warehouse

7d Zdolbunivska St., building 3, Kyiv (entrance from 17e Dniprovska Embankment). Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00, by prior arrangement.

Payment methods

Bank transfer

Payment by IBAN — sole trader or LLC with VAT.

Card payment

Visa/Mastercard online or card transfer.

Cash on pickup

Cash at the warehouse on collection, receipt provided.

How an order works

  1. Request

    You send us a list of items from the site or by phone.

  2. Invoice

    A manager confirms availability and issues an invoice.

  3. Payment

    You pay by bank transfer, card or cash.

  4. Dispatch

    We hand it to the carrier or release it from our Kyiv warehouse.

Orders are dispatched after payment in full. Shipping is paid by the recipient at carrier rates.

Please check your order for completeness and damage on receipt. Timber, veneer and panel materials cut to the buyer’s dimensions cannot be exchanged or returned; otherwise returns are handled per applicable law.
