Delivery and payment

We ship timber and wood products across Ukraine by carrier — or hand your order over at our warehouse in Kyiv. Orders are dispatched after payment in full.

How an order works

  1. Request

    You send us a list of items from the site or by phone.

  2. Invoice

    A manager confirms availability and issues an invoice.

  3. Payment

    Pay whichever way suits you — by bank transfer or at the warehouse.

  4. Dispatch

    We hand it to the carrier or release it from our Kyiv warehouse.

Delivery in Kyiv

Pickup from the warehouse

The ideal option if you wish to inspect the grain and colour of the timber in person before collection.

Warehouse address: 7d Zdolbunivska St., building 3, Kyiv (access via 17e Dniprovska Embankment).

Collection hours*:

Mon–Fri: 08:00–16:30

Sat, Sun: closed

*Working hours may vary on public holidays.

Taxi or freight taxi

If you need your materials urgently, we can dispatch your order by taxi or freight taxi.

Delivery costs are paid by the customer.

This is the fastest way to receive your order the same day.

Delivery across Ukraine

Nova Poshta

Dispatched every working day.

Orders paid before 12:00 are dispatched the same day. Orders paid after 12:00 are dispatched the next working day.

Materials are packed to Nova Poshta requirements.

Please note that sheet materials are accepted only at cargo branches.

Shipping is paid by the recipient on delivery.

Delivery

The carrier collects your order from our warehouse within 1–2 working days.

Cost-effective for oversized orders.

SAT

The carrier collects your order from our warehouse within 1–2 working days.

Usually the most economical rate.

Other carriers (part-load)

You may find and book a carrier yourself.

If needed, our manager will help find transport for your order.

Cost-effective for large orders (several pallets or more).

Payment methods

Goods are dispatched after 100% payment

Bank transfer to our LLC, with VAT

Bank transfer for companies, with a VAT invoice.

Bank transfer to our sole trader, no VAT

Payment by bank details (IBAN) for individuals and sole traders, without VAT.

Payment at the warehouse: cash desk or card terminal

Payment on collection — in cash or by card at the POS terminal, with a fiscal receipt.

Terms and details

Orders are dispatched after payment in full. Shipping is paid by the recipient at carrier rates.

Please check your order for completeness and damage on receipt. Timber, veneer and panel materials cut to the buyer’s dimensions cannot be exchanged or returned; otherwise returns are handled per applicable law.
